Overview
Thank you for supporting Yael Natali Sonkin Gallery. Because many items are original artworks or limited-edition pieces, please review this policy before placing an order.
Original Artwork
All original artwork sales are considered final. Due to the unique nature of each piece, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and shipped, except where required by applicable law.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement where possible, or another appropriate remedy.
Prints & Reproductions
If you receive a print or reproduction that is defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund for the item price.
Workshops & Masterclasses
Workshop and masterclass bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, or missed sessions without prior notice, are non-refundable. If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, email [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

We may update this return policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made after the date shown above.
